Our 2026 Ausgrid Graduate Program is your launch pad to an exciting career! Over the 2-year program, you will experience four x 6-month rotations across core areas of our business. Here's what you can expect:

Who we are looking for:
Talented engineering students currently in their final year of studying (or have graduated within the last two years), majoring in Electrical, Power, Computer Science or Mechatronics.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (inc. New Zealand Citizens) at the time of application.
Able to take on a permanent position, starting full-time as a graduate in February 2026
Problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset and strong desire to learn.
