Successful completion of projects is achieved through developing a clear understanding of Client requirements and actively managing the operational aspects of Hillam Architects' architectural projects, including project team staff, programme, budget, and deliverables on delegated projects.Key Responsibilities:Liaise with the Client for all aspects of the project.Manage design and documentation of Hillam Architect projects to a high standard in line with Hillam Architects and specific project aspirations; on time and on budget.Complete briefs, sketches, drawings, BIM modelling and drawings, verbal/written and graphic presentations, schedules, specifications, reports, Opinion of Costs.Project Team management and Project Performance management including Planning, Monitoring, Reviewing, Reporting on: Brief, Scope, Programme, Budget, Delivery Progress, Invoicing, and Project and Individual performance.Participate in Area of Responsibility (AoR) by developing AoR benchmarking information, design content, and completing project review and related systems.Skills and Experience:Tertiary qualification in Architecture (or equivalent experience).6-10 years post graduate experience.Experience in project: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing.Experience in managing or mentoring others.Experience in at least one area of the following: Multi-residential, residential, hotel, student accommodation, build to rent, townhouses, carbon neutral and highly rated energy buildings, commercial or fit out.Liaising with Authorities.Project Team Management.Briefing, Design, Presentation, Communication, BIM Implementation, Documentation, Review, Delegation and Motivation.Ability to Consult, Clarify and Commit on work tasks.Ability to work collaboratively with client, consultants, builders, authorities and other project or practice stakeholders.Ability to assess time and drive projects to completion within project budgets and milestones.Strong skills in Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office.Exceptional organisation and coordination skills.Strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills.Task and time measurement and management.Flexible and Adaptable.What We Offer:Ongoing Training and Development.Salad bar Monday to Thursday, BYO protein.Breakfast every Tuesday.Barista your own coffee.Regular Social Events and Social Glasshouse get together every Friday.Frequent social events.Attractive parental leave policy.Warm and friendly company culture.To Apply:Please provide a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are interested in the position, along with your updated resume.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Project Leader?Which of the following CAD software do you have experience with?How many years of people management experience do you have?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Have you completed a qualification in architecture?What's your expected annual base salary?#J-18808-Ljbffr
