Job Description: •Kitchen Manager - responsible for BOH operations - reporting to the Restaurant General Manager•Leading teams of 10+ in a fast paced QSR/casual dining restaurant•Manage operations, rosters & COGS•Food preparation, ordering, food safety & compliance will be part of your day to day •Learn every aspect of the restaurant's operation.•Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the restaurant operation by rotating on various positions in Service Department, Kitchen Department, Supporting Function Department etc;•Achieve targeted progress objectives of the training, attend and pass management tests to complete the training program in time.•Provide support as needed to various departments;•Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior. Qualifications:•Experience a restaurant manager across the QSR or casual dining industry•Motivated to grow your career & inspire those around you to do the same•Obsessed with welcoming guests & offering an industry best level of service •Work in a fast-paced environment and Performs duties in a restricted space.•Having a visa to be allowed to work in Australia;•Personal health meets Australian requirements for restaurant workers.•Ability to work a varied, including evenings and weekends, under pressure and stressful situations.
