Work an attractive fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) roster from Cairns or Townsville or a drive-in/drive-out (DIDO) roster and take advantage of our top-class camp, or live local in the close-knit community of Cloncurry and be home every night. This roster is 8/6 (days) - 7/7 (nights) and a 12 hour day.

About the role
Reporting to the Supervisor - Production, this key role involves the skilled operation of Caterpillar 140M series graders and other equipment. You'll be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient underground access. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Grader operations including road maintenance, leveling base materials, and drainage work
2. Underground decline maintenance and grading
3. Operating water trucks for dust suppression
4. Managing road surface quality and safety standards
5. Supporting other operational roles including service crew, underground dump truck driving, and loader operations
6. Maintaining thorough safety standards and identifying potential risks
About You
You will bring previous experience operating Caterpillar 140M series or equivalent graders in an underground mining environment. You must have a current manual driver's license and demonstrated experience in decline grading. Your experience in underground dump truck driving will be highly regarded. Your strong safety awareness, excellent communication skills, and ability to work both autonomously and within a team will be key to your success in this role.
