Job Title: Sales Representative – NSW Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative in Sydney, NSW, to join our amazing team. As a Sales Representative at CDB Goldair, you will have the rare opportunity to work with several of Australia’s leading brands including Goldair, Jackson, Ausclimate, Winix, NutriBullet, Instant Pot, GoPro and Tile. You will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within the NSW South and South Australia regions in partnership with retail partners that include JB HiFi, The Good Guys, Harvey Norman, Myer, Officeworks and more You will establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position and will require regular travel to regional areas. Skills: – Proven experience in sales or a related field – Excellent communication and negotiation skills – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly – Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team – Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure – Exceptional customer service skills – Good knowledge of the Western Australia retail market Responsibilities: 1. Develop business building initiatives with our existing customer base within the assigned territory. 2. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 3. Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication. 4. Provide product demonstrations, training and presentations to existing customers. 5. Negotiate business building opportunities with customers, including pricing, off-location display space and range expansion. 6. Collaborate closely with internal teams (product management, customer service) to ensure seamless delivery of our business initiatives. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities. 8. Management of the territory call cycle to ensure appropriate visitation frequency and timely implementation of POS activations. Qualifications: 1. Associate degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Business Administration preferred, but not essential. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or related field is required; previous experience selling products/services in NSW would be an advantage. 3. Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer call activity (e.g., Salesforce). 4. Proficiency in using data reporting systems (e.g., Krunchbox, Power BI) 4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 5. Valid driver’s license is essential.
