A leading company providing strong membership and insurance services is seeking a Call Centre Team Leader.
As the Call Centre Team Leader, you will oversee Insurance and Customer Service Contact Staff.
Your responsibilities include supporting, developing, coaching, and driving the team to meet targets while ensuring exceptional customer service in a call centre environment.
* Develop and coach the team in partnership with HR
* Develop and implement process improvements
* Conduct performance reviews with team members
