The Club supports a wide range of competitive and recreational water activities for both adults and children, including sailing, power boats, and fishing.
The Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to support its team in delivering high-quality hospitality experiences within a welcoming family club environment.
The Role Supervise and lead the bar and service team
Ensure delivery of friendly, efficient, and courteous customer service to members and clients
Guide the development and performance of service staff
Assist with rostering, stock ordering, and administrative tasks
Support the delivery of internal club functions and events
Uphold club values, principles, and procedures
Work autonomously and show initiative
Provide service at weddings and large corporate events
Demonstrate strong customer service and attention to detail
Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Hold a current RSA and Unrestricted Approved Manager qualification
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality and customer service
Be available to work weekends and nights
Be flexible to work a 7-day roster
Be friendly and well presented
