In addition to day-to-day support, this role will have both value-add operational and strategic projects to own from Day 1!This is a 12-month fixed-term role, and NPS has a range of office locations across Melbourne, with flexibility in where it is based. There are also hybrid options available to work from home!ResponsibilitiesYour key deliverables will include:Partnering with leaders to optimise people engagement and performanceP&C Compliance - supporting the business to ensure compliance with relevant modern awards, NES, and other regulatory requirementsEnd-to-end ER/IR case managementTalent bench strength - partnering with Managers to identify key talent and opportunities, succession planning, and ensuring the business is future-fitTalent acquisition including end-to-end recruitment processes and activating NPS EVP/Employee brand to ensure we are positioned as an employer of choiceOrganisational development and non-technical training (leadership development, customer service)Implementation of cyclical performance reviews (probation, performance review, midyear review)Support and execute PC ProjectsSkills & ExperienceOur ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role as a P&C Business Partner or a Senior Advisor.
