About the Opportunity The Patrol Area Manager - Metropolitan Emergency Roadside Assistance (MERA) position is responsible for the leadership and efficient delivery of Emergency Roadside Assistance within a designated area of metropolitan Melbourne.
The position will include leading and managing remote workforce teams which will include direct employees and service providers.
The Patrol Area Manager - MERA is also responsible for providing support to the department Manager in the areas of business analysis and reporting, process improvement, and project implementation, as well as the achievement of the department budgets and objectives.
As Emergency Roadside Assistance is a 24/7 operation, it is an expectation that the Patrol Area Manager – MERA will be available for issue escalation and resolution outside of hours on a business needs basis.
