Main Responsibilities Manage your own accounts and consult with clients on the best practice use of the platform and how it can optimise their operational efficiency Lead new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementation and integration of business products into client workflows Assist and lead training sessions for new clients Assist and lead training sessions on new platform updates Develop strategies to acquire new customers to help fill the sales pipeline Deep dive into the product together with our engineers at the intersection of business and tech What makes you a great fit 3-5+ yrs years of proven experience managing high volumes of clients Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a MUST Experience in B2B sales and/ or account management is a MUST Sound attention to detail You will share your thoughts on how to better optimise client care and take charge in voicing your thoughts Strong hands-on mentality and not afraid to roll up your sleeves; you love to get things done Motivated by an international and fast-paced work environment with a strong team spirit High customer orientation with strong interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English This company boasts a very close culture and experience.
