About the Company
We are a growing Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy & Remedial Massage Practice that provides exceptional care for our clients in their home or our clinics across the Central Coast. Your Role
* Working in our front reception you will support our team to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Providing high quality customer service for our clients over the phone and via email.
* Booking client appointments and managing therapist's schedules for both in clinic and our home visit team.
* Complete invoicing and collect payments for appointments.
* Assist with social media and marketing campaigns.
* Assist the Practice Manager with business administration and compliance tasks.
Criteria
* Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
* Experience using medical practice management systems, such as best practice, Splose and Medipass.
* Experience with Medicare and NDIS billing.
* Prior experience in managing appointment books and invoicing of clients.
* A proven history of working with XERO accounting software. Experience with bookkeeping duties highly desirable.
* Previous experience working as a medical or audio typist would be desirable.
