About the Role
This is a 32 hour per week clinical neuropsychology position until the 24th April 2026, providing a service to community dwelling people with disorders related to aging.
The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality care and support to patients. This role involves:
* Neuropsychological assessments of patients referred to the Community Neuropsychology Service
* Clinical supervision will be provided within this role
About You
To be considered for this role you must have:
* A minimum two year full-time (or part-time equivalent) APAC-accredited Masters or Doctorate degree in Clinical Neuropsychology and current full registration with AHPRA as a psychologist with endorsement in clinical neuropsychology (or working towards same)
* Solid knowledge of neurological diseases of older persons, clients with impaired capacity and legislation applicable to individuals with such impairments
* Experience in the neuropsychological assessment of older adults, interpretation of psychometric data and provision of neuropsychological assessment reports
* Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational skills and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as independently
* Demonstrated computer literacy with ability to learn new systems easily
* A current unencumbered Class C Drivers Licence
