Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences? Join Curtin University as our Future Student Recruitment & Conversion Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students throughout the full recruitment lifecycle from enquiry to admittance.
This full-time position is offered on a fixed-term 2-year contract.
About the RoleThis role will drive conversion and outbound engagement initiatives. You'll deliver personalised advice and support to prospective students, showcasing Curtin's unique value proposition and helping them make informed decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide tailored support via various channels (phone, email, virtual appointments and in-person) to nurture prospective students throughout their journey to engage, enquire and apply to Curtin.Develop a deep understanding of Curtin's courses, pathways, and services to deliver accurate and compelling advice.Utilise CRM and marketing automation tools to track and proactively identify opportunities for timely follow-ups and meaningful engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies, champion the voice of the customer and enhance conversion outcomes.Monitor and report on recruitment and conversion activities to measure success and refine our strategic approach.Support the Future Student Enquiry team during peak periods and participate in student events outside normal office hours as needed.What You'll BringAbility to build trust and meaningful connections with future students via a range of channels, as well as stakeholders.Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in a high-performing sales and/or marketing environment focused on lead conversion and enquiry follow-up.Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, Oracle Service Cloud, or Salesforce.Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills with cross-cultural sensitivity.Exceptional organisational and time management skills to help coordinate outbound activities, meet deadlines and deliver results.A comprehensive understanding of lead-generation, nurture and conversion principles.Strong product knowledge of courses and pathways is desirable.Work Requirements:Working with Children's Check.Ability to work outside of normal office hours as required.Full working rights in Australia.On-site position, therefore successful candidates must currently be living and/or have confirmed relocation to Perth, WA.Join us in transforming the student experience at Curtin University.
