Job description:
•Maintain accurate records and ensure secure storage of key documentation, including client contracts, invoices, and accounts.
•Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, staff induction, and training.
•Serve as the primary contact for staff-related concerns and provide appropriate support and resolution.
•Monitor staff performance and assist in conducting regular performance evaluations.
•Set and uphold office service standards and performance targets and monitor employee compliance.
•Ensure consistent and high-quality customer service is delivered throughout the client journey—from initial inquiry to product delivery.
•Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, arranging new furniture, and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
•Coordinate with professionals and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
•Stay up to date with legislation and policies related to workplace health and safety, food safety, and product handling, and ensure all staff are properly trained in these areas.
•Handle client queries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
•Maintain administrative records for the day-to-day operation of the office, including utility accounts, lease agreements, and bill payments.
•Liaise with Directors and senior management to align office operations with strategic goals and objectives.
Qualifications/Attributes:
•Must have a minimum of 3-year prior experience in an Office Manager role, preferably in a food distribution business
•Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Thai and English
•Must have prior experience in managing accounts and performing HR duties such as staff induction and training
•Knowledge of Thai and other Asian products preferable
Salary Range: $74,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
