About the Role
Part of the Department of Enterprise, Industry and Trade cluster, Create NSW focusses specifically on achieving the NSW Government’s priority of fostering excellence in arts, music, screen and culture in NSW. We work collaboratively with artists and arts workers, the arts and cultural sector and our partners within government to provide a range of support services including management of grants of varying scales to recipient government and non-government organisations; overseeing more than $ in cultural infrastructure projects to create the spaces where arts can flourish; and managing a portfolio of arts and heritage properties predominantly leased to cultural organisations.

The Key Arts Organisations Lead coordinates multi-year client management processes, undertakes assessment of contracts for funding and reporting processes and related administration to contribute to sector vibrancy and viability.
In this role you will:
4. Coordinate the delivery of Create NSW’s multi-year funding programs and the associated stakeholder management.
5. Ensure the efficient end-to-end administration and information management of contracts associated with designated funding programs.
6. Work closely with a variety of stakeholders to deliver the exhibition indemnification scheme.
7. Support broader project/program development, assessments, negotiations and implementation to enhance the vibrancy and viability of the sector.
8. Input to the review of frameworks and processes, to improve the quality of investment and funding decisions.
9. Promptly and appropriately respond to requests for information regarding funding applications and decisions and resolve or refer complaints.
10. Deliver public presentations on relevant funding programs and Create NSW objectives.
11. Maintain constructive relationships with diverse stakeholder groups to facilitate collaboration, foster support and effectively represent Create NSW.
About You
You possess good arts and cultural sector knowledge and experience undertaking funding assessments and related contracts administration.
You can deliver on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment where there may be conflicting interests and priorities from a range of stakeholders.
You have well developed research and analysis abilities which will contribute to informed decision making and accurate recommendations.
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills that contribute to the preparation of clear briefs, presentations, and accurate reports.

Clerk Grade 7/8 $106,025 - $117,363 plus 11% superannuation and annual leave loading.
