The ARMS Merchandiser is front line to our Customers, responsible for ensuring store presentation meets high standards and that stock is processed to the sales floor in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensuring all stock is processed to the sales floor in accordance with the ARMS visual merchandising guidance, including, but not limited to, product in correct locations, correct display of product pricing, and filled to stock standards.
2. Completing Inspection Apps entry of service call reports (training will be provided).
3. Servicing stores on a scheduled basis, in line with assigned monthly hours.
4. Proactive communication to ensure the State Merchandise Manager has been notified in a timely manner if a store cannot be serviced as per the assigned schedule.
5. Open communication with State Merchandise Manager on store issues.
6. Following store visitor processes, including signing in for every visit, and displaying the necessary visual identification.
7. Ensuring that Safety Compliance is always met, including the use of Safe Work Practices. Requirements may vary by Customer.
8. Ensure that all rubbish is disposed of after each store visit, as per store approved disposal methods.
9. Processing of deleted or damaged stock.
KPI's
1. Store merchandising standards are consistently met – all styles are on show, in correct locations, with correct pricing and appropriate stock levels.
2. Store housekeeping & safety standards maintained.
3. Stock adjustments and inspection reports completed accurately and on time.
SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
1. Excellent attention to detail.
2. Positive attitude and self-motivated.
3. Able to work independently.
4. Experience operating an iPad.
5. Previous merchandising experience valued but not essential.
6. Own a car and/or able to travel to service assigned store/s in the Dubbo area.
7. Weekly for 3 hours increasing over Christmas / flexible days and start times.
