We are looking for anAssociateto join our Digital Platform Delivery team with skills across the following areas:
Foundational knowledge of technology and project delivery
Planning and roadmap development
Project management including scope, dependencies and risks
Business analysis to understand needs, requirements and opportunities
Ability to 'talk tech' with technical specialists to understand project impacts
Apply governance frameworks. policies and standards to ensure consistency
Stakeholder management
Critical Skills, Knowledge & Experiences we are looking for include:
Broad background across Business, Experience and Technology Domains
Experience in Agile environments
Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Proficiency in business and process analysis
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA).
Understanding of risk management and quality assurance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Management of project budgets and teams.
