Job Description Key areas of responsibility include: Enabling strong relationships and outcomes for strategic accounts such as Harvey Norman, Amazon, Big W and other independents Servicing and managing major accounts Create opportunities by discussing new marketing ideas, promotions, problems; Promote new equipment options and close deals; Service & manage allocated Major Customer Accounts; Proactively contribute to the strategy and direction to the PI Business; Update & provide accurate and timely forecast to Marketing and Logistics; Communicate opportunities & promotional requirements; and Some interstate travel is required. Desired Skills and Experience What about you? You will have 5 years of experience in account management in a similar role A passion for sales and driving excellence; We vs Me mindset; proactive and flexible approach; Able to see the broader picture, not just their own sales funnel Strong communication, listening and presentation skills with exceptional stakeholder management; and Project management experience with a high level of attention to detail would be advantageous. Selection Criteria: Degree qualified with sales/marketing bias (Desirable). Proven sales/account management experience in B2C space; consumer electronics, consumer goods, FMCG Business acumen and commercial awareness. Experience dealing with major retailers.(Must have) such as Harvey Norman, Amazon, Big W Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
