The Opportunity
We are currently seeking to employ a Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence, ensure financial sustainability and maintain regulatory compliance.
The COO will work closely with the CEO and Board to execute The Ascent Group's mission and vision, including acting as Company Secretary.
The Chief Operating Officer will be motivated and self-directed, with high levels of initiative and great attention to detail.
They will bring extensive experience in NDIS and financial administration, and innovative ideas to further improve our service offering whilst maintaining compliance and managing costs.

Holds a CPA or CA certification, with tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business administration or related field; Brings a minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in NFP, disability services, health care, or community services; Demonstrates an in depth knowledge of NDIS pricing arrangements, funding models and compliance requirements; Has a passion for corporate governance with experience in board governance and working closely with leadership teams to drive strategic goals; Values honesty, communication, integrity, and shows ethical conduct at all times.
