The Company Twenty Degrees manages Pink Lady® branded apples and other fresh produce brands on behalf of Apple & Pear Australia Limited (APAL), the global owner of the Pink Lady® brand.The Role The Communications Advisor is responsible for connecting with and amplifying APAL's commercial interests across a global network of brand partners and licensees managed by Twenty Degrees, including the world's most loved apple brand, Pink Lady®. This includes the development of communications covering a broad range of channels and content across the global network of commercial brand partners and licensees, including eDM and email communications, newsletters, social media, website and digital content and support in developing brand materials, event collateral and promotional programs. The Communications Advisor will drive the strategic commercial communications plan, with a strong focus on audience engagement and will show creative flair through the development of communications and storytelling that will captivate a dynamic mix of audiences.The role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to extract news stories and curate content to be shared across the global networks through targeted B2B communications with dynamic audience segmentation.The role will champion the use of digital and online delivery to connect with different audiences and support engagement across the various brands networks of licensees, retailers, industry stakeholders, partners, agencies and consumers, crafting digital written content.About You Tertiary qualifications in digital communications, journalism, creative writing or relevant discipline/ professional experience are essential.4+ years of proven experience in journalism or digital communications, including creative writing and editing, strategy and campaign planning, as well as hands-on content development and production Experience in brand marketing and communications Familiarity or connection to FMCG or fresh produce is highly regardedWritten communication: Highly developed written and verbal communication and copywriting skills and experience in editorial writing, ability to communicate complex matters in a creative, simple and engaging way, experience transforming case studies into snackable content.Digital systems and tools: experience using Mailchimp and Indesign, creating content and assets using various tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress).
