The Role
You will lead our organisation through its next stage of growth and development, while continuing to progress our current breadth of programs and services.
Your Responsibilities
* Review and refine our strategic plan and organisation structure
* Motivate, develop and empower staff to build capacity and achieve quality outputs
* Identify priority health needs within the community
* Review and adapt process, policy and procedure frameworks to align with best practice
* Oversee organisational governance, risk management, contractual compliance and attainment of accreditation standards
Requirements
You have developed your executive career in the health, social welfare, community or development sectors.
