For this purpose, it combines statistical analysis of the sales history and the pipeline of commercial opportunities together with business intelligence collected from marketing, sales, and product management.This role will lead the demand planning process for a specific product portfolio, being accountable for:Forecast generation and maintenance as per IBP cadence.Partnering with the regional Supply team to ensure competitive & sustainable service level while achieving adequate inventory level.Representing EtE supply chain team in new product launch projects.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegrated Business Planning: Generation and maintenance of sales forecast, including collecting Sales and Marketing intelligence.
Active participation in IBP cycle and S&OE, driving a robust business planning process.
Participate in Demand planning COE as required by manager to lead implementation in Pacific market of new capabilities (i.e.
product segmentation, low touch planning).Customer Service: Partner with Asia Pacific Supply Chain (APSC) team in delivering a competitive & sustainable customer service level.
Analyze & report reasons for service failures.
Identify and coordinate service recovery initiative in instances where customer expectations would otherwise not be met and drive initiatives to correct & prevent future occurrences.
Collaborate with the local Rework Planner to ensure efficient customer service outcomes for locally repacked product.New Product Launches: Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Active Project Team participation to ensure timeliness in completion of NPI executions.
Represent Supply Chain within the Project team in providing supply chain input and expertise to ensure right supply chain set-up from start (MOQ, LT, rework) and achievement of project team goals.
Partner with other functional representatives by ensuring smooth and continuous communication.Asset Management: Partner with Asia Pacific Supply Chain (APSC) team to implement aligned safety stock parameters and ensure customer service levels are met with responsible levels of inventory.
Review inventory-related opportunities to ensure that the business derives maximum financial return on its inventory.
Find opportunities for SLOB reduction and SDS minimization between APSC and the business.Others: Monitor and report regular SKU performance review, implementing recommendations for both rationalization and SKU consolidation.
Under guidance from line manager, take personal accountability for own professional development.
Accomplishment of Personal Development Plans and conduct of Performance Planning and Evaluation.What We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsPreferred minimum education: Tertiary degree or equivalent work experience considered with strong supply chain experience, ideally in demand planning.Preferred area of study: Bachelor's degree in business (SC) or technical discipline (IT).Preferred related industry experience: FMCG or Consumer Pharma company.Other qualifications: Desirable - Logistics or Supply Chain Course.Directly accountable for a portfolio of brands.Strong collaborative leadership skills (strategic & tactical), able to negotiate, influence, align, and prioritize.Communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Project management and problem-solving skills.Note: Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply.Primary LocationKenvue is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
