About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity to support our APAC team as an Operations/Design Coordinator. This role provides communication, administrative, and design support to the Operations, Learning and Development, and Communication teams. Duties include the creation of restaurant training aids and videos, internal communications, and distribution. Work closely with our external restaurant audit partner to ensure brand alignment. Coordination of our REV reward program and support for our operational trials. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Communications: Assisting the Snr Operations Specialist and Operations Manager with drafting of Operational articles and content for Playbooks. Assisting the Communications Manager with the Administration of internal communication platform "the Feed" including drafting and uploading articles, distribution of weekly comms, flash notices, Facebook crew hub posts and responses, annual leave coverage. Operational audit (REV): REV breach process, collate information required for initiating a franchise breach, informing external partner (NSF) when to pause/restart audits, follow up of territory teams. REV reward program administration, communication, prizing and cling ordering and distribution. REV administration updating and distribution of documents which inform NSF, including approved equipment lists, shelf-life charts, current windows, out of stocks. Tools and Trials: Create restaurant operational/training tools for trial and national windows, including job aids, sandwich unit prompts, university of Subway courses, register toppers. Information provided by Snr Operations Specialist, Operations Manager and Learning and Development. Trial administration including ordering of equipment, testing operational procedures, communication to restaurants, survey creation and collation. Design and creativity: Use written instructions from SME (subject matter experts) to convert into fun, engaging operational and training tools. Create in document and video format, using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite i.e. InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Self-development: Adopts a growth mindset. Seeks feedback about their own performance and collaboration style. Takes on extra responsibility to gain further experience. Completes all allocated online and in-person training in a timely fashion. Develops a deep understanding of all new programs and initiatives. Skills & Abilities: Preferred bachelor's degree in communications or Graphic Design. Minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar or related industry. Technical Proficiencies: At least a functional understanding of software programs required to perform the above responsibilities: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Adopts a 'let's win together' approach. Deeply understands Subway Operations (or is capable of quickly developing the required knowledge).
