Hands on management of kitchen production process. Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, strong communication and team development skills and the ability to motivate staff. Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail (food presentation) and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally. Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others with respect as required and get on with team members throughout the kitchen, FOH and administration.
