Learning and Development Project Advisor

* Use your project management experience to deliver a broad range of learning and development projects.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of learning and development strategies.

This role is pivotal in leading projects that will ensure contemporary delivery of learning and delivery of leadership strategies and other programs.
This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Degree qualifications in a relevant field or demonstrated contemporary experience in a similar role combined with ongoing professional development.
* Certificate IV in Project Management or demonstrated contemporary experience.
* Current Class C drivers licence.
Other important information:
* The salary range for this position ranges between $99.7 to $103k plus 11.5% superannuation.
* This is a temporary full-time role.
* This role will be able to access a 9-day fortnight.
* We are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - 2 days work from home and 3 days on-site.
* This role is located at the Wyong Administration Building.
Council may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other temporary vacancies.
