This is a leadership role within a highly respected litigation team that handles a wide range of challenging and high-profile legal matters. The successful candidate will lead a team of legal practitioners, manage complex litigation, and provide expert supervision on critical legal matters. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, mentoring, and management to a team of solicitors, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional development; Independently manage and conduct complex and sensitive litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions; Supervise a range of matters across person injury, common law claims, juridical review, police misconduct, abuse matters and Charter of Human Rights disputes; and Contribute to business development, process improvement, and team collaboration initiatives.
