RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for initiating a growth strategy focused on remediation projects based on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless implementation of projects. Collaborate with the State Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs. Lead bid preparation and submission processes. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. ABOUT YOU You're a seasoned operations leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results. Your strong technical background, coupled with your strategic thinking and leadership skills, make you the ideal candidate for this role. Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience in operations or business development within the construction or infrastructure industry. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and complex portfolios. Commercial acumen and financial management skills. Communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering outstanding results. Police Clearance required due to projects being on Defence sites.
