Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific is hiring for a full-time HR Manager to join the hotel on a short-term contract. As HR Manager, you’ll make sure our employees are enabled and empowered through HR programs. You’ll also promote a positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
1. Creating programmes to foster a positive work environment for every single employee.
2. Supporting and administering an annual team member satisfaction survey.
3. Welcoming and orienting new members of staff.
4. Developing creative ways to inspire and motivate the team to provide exceptional guest experiences.
5. Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employee laws, policies and procedures.
What We need from you:
1. High school diploma, secondary education or equivalent.
2. 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. Some college courses in Human Resources, Employment Law or related field preferred.
4. Must speak fluent English.
5. Other languages may be preferred.
