The role supports the delivery of consistent and high-quality services to clients; and is responsible for upholding and evolving a positive team culture with outstanding professional qualities. This position is part time 30 hours per week - days flexible - 12-month contract role. Skills And Experiences With degree qualifications in social work, welfare or psychology, you have demonstrated experience in leading a team and providing coaching and support with assessment and risk management, crisis intervention, case management and be able to demonstrate experience in the delivery of therapeutic interventions.
