We are excited to announce an opportunity for a seasoned BPMN Specialist to join our team.
Reporting to the APAC Head of Operational Excellence, the ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in process modeling, analysis, and optimization.
With a strong background in BPMN, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving process excellence by managing BPMN practices.
This role is crucial in supporting our business to achieve its strategic ambitions and process excellence goals.
Day to dayProcess Modelling: Design, develop, and maintain BPMN diagrams to represent business processes accurately.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.Documentation: Create detailed documentation of business processes, workflows, and standard operational procedures.Training & Support: Provide training and support to stakeholders on BPMN standards and best practices.Compliance: Ensure all process models and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Supporting business controls, compliance and operational risk teams to ensure robust versioning of processes.Analysis & Optimization: Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Stay updated with the latest BPMN trends and technologies to continuously improve process modelling practices.Your ProfileEducation: Preferred, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Certifications in BPMN is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process modelling, with a strong focus on BPMN.Technical Skills: Proficiency in BPMN tools, and familiarity with other process modelling standards (e.g., UML).Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically and to be able to demonstrate appropriate application.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.DLL appreciates the time you spend applying to our openings.
