The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to promote and foster the "Yes We Can" attitude with both internal and external customers and represent Supagas in a positive and professional manner, to comply with all safety and regulatory requirements regarding the transport of dangerous goods, securing a load, and other road rules relevant to the vehicle being driven.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow correct procedures and be an example to fellow workers.
* Check daily that vehicle is roadworthy, equipped with all necessary safety equipment and is clean.
* Maintain the truck as per the manufacturer's requirements and Supagas procedures.
* E nsure the tanker is filled with sufficient amounts of LPG to cover all daily deliveries.
* Complete all daily documentation, including delivery dockets and manifests, accurately and correctly, and hand in all paperwork, cheques and cash every day.
* Deliver all orders and milk runs on the allocated daily run.
* Communicate any issues and non-deliveries immediately to the Logistics team.
* Respect all customer property and requirements.
* Assist the company to educate our customers and ensure they handle and store gas appropriately and safely.
* C arry out housekeeping to maintain a safe workplace on and off the road.
* Report any factors creating an unsafe site for bulk deliveries to the Logistics Manager before delivery if known.
* Support the sales team and build the area by referring potential customers.
* Maintain personal compliance with regulations regarding Dangerous Goods Licences.
* Possess the correct and adequate driver's licence for bulk delivery transportation.
* Immediately report any vehicle or property damage to Logistics Manager.

* Bulk Delivery Driver experience.
* Australian wide location availability.
* Dangerous Goods Licence.
* Adequate driver's licence for bulk delivery transportation.
* Ability to work in a team environment and maximise productivity.
* Maintain safety, tidiness and housekeeping throughout entire office.
