You will provide assistance and support to consumers residing in the residential aged care facility by providing direct support to improve their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. You will be responsible for enhancing resident participation and engagement in lifestyle activities and programs. A key part of this position is recognising, respecting, and responding to the individual needs and preferences of each resident.About youYou are an enthusiastic, creative, and compassionate individual who is passionate about helping people live their best lives.
