Timbrebongie House is a not-for-profit residential aged care facility accommodating 47 residential rooms located in Narromine NSW.Your Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Finance Officer to join our team to manage all our payroll functions and assist with finance tasks.The role of the Payroll and Finance Officer is responsible for: Administering the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring salaries, super and PAYE processed in a timely & accurate manner.Ensuring compliance for superannuation, payroll tax, PAYG, and employee-related insurances.Managing workers compensation salary payments and reimbursement claims as and when they arise.Maintaining the FBT records & reports and assisting in the annual lodgement.Managing a variety of payroll-related balance sheet reconciliations.Providing support in Human Resources in a variety of ad-hoc tasks as they arise, including support in the recruitment process.Assisting with EoM / EoY processes and budget processes.Undertaking bank and other reconciliations.About you Enjoy working as part of a close, friendly team and small office environment.Capable of working autonomously, being self-sufficient and meeting deadlines.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent proven experience is required.The ability to utilise a range of electronic platforms including MYOB and Excel.We are Not-For-Profit and offer tax incentives and salary packaging. #J-18808-Ljbffr
