In return for your skills and commitment, Ridley AgriProducts offers a supportive team environment, great culture and excellent benefits.The key responsibilities for this position include:Apply Ridley AgriProduct's Code of Conduct in all activities.Achieve revenue targets and specific distribution objectives within your Territory.Successfully launch new products to the target customers.Maximise Promotional selling activities while minimising Buying activities.Develop sales goals and plans in conjunction with immediate manager.Identify and respond to sales opportunities within designated area/market segment.Conduct sales activities as established by the performance plan.Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge (including current price lists).Prepare regular reports on business calls and related activities.Present customer feedback along with new competitor information.Participate in territory sales forecasting activities for supplements.Contribute to the team environment within Ridley AgriProducts and the sales team specifically.Monitor customer's satisfaction and take corrective action/follow up under the guidance of the Sales Manager.Monitor and maintain client accounts within their trading terms.On farm visits as required.Other duties as directed by the immediate manager within the scope of the role.Comply with relevant OHS/WHS legislation including:Take reasonable care for their own health and safety and that of persons who may be affected by their actions (or omissions).Co-operate with any reasonable instruction, policy and procedure.Not intentionally (or recklessly) interfere with, or misuse anything provided at the workplace in the interests of health, safety or welfare.Identify and report all hazards, near misses, injuries, illnesses and incidents.Behave in a manner that demonstrates care for others and Ridley product and property.The key skills required for this role include:Strong Interpersonal and selling skills.Strong verbal, negotiation and written communication skills.A good understanding of the business and site processes.Sound knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation.Sound computing skills.
