This position requires an eye for detail, time management, problem solving skills and overall patience to succeed.Qualifications required: AQF Diploma or Advance DiplomaApplicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar Project Coordinator role.This role involves leading an onsite team, managing client relationships, and overseeing pre-event planning with management support. Responsibilities include coordinating the loading and unloading of large trucks, delivering hire items such as marquees, tables, and chairs, and ensuring smooth event setup. Additionally, the role requires implementing and managing onsite Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) to maintain safety and compliance.Key responsibilities of the role include:Collaborating with other professionals, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure objectives are achievedReviewing and arranging new office accommodationsCollecting and analysing project-related data, then reporting on outcomesPreparing and evaluating reports and submissions related to organizational activitiesManaging documentation for contracts, programs, projects, and provided servicesResponding to inquiries and addressing issues related to contracts, programs, projects, services, and impacted individualsAdvising senior management on key matters and executing their decisionsOverseeing contractor work and reporting any variations to work ordersDeveloping, reviewing, and negotiating modifications to contracts, programs, projects, and servicesManaging project schedules, deadlines, and resourcesTracking project progress and making sure tasks are completed on timeWhat we offer:An enjoyable, fast-paced environment.
