Role Overview: The position involves frequent travel within Toowoomba and surrounding areas, with the expectation that you will regularly engage with clients for account management and business development purposes. Responsibilities: Business Development: Expand our presence in specific areas and increase the number of rental units in our offerings Connect with clients to enhance business, handle inquiries, and gather feedback Cultivate a robust network of satisfied customers to optimize future business opportunities Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate monthly reports, and maintain positive financials for the branch Branch Management: Manage the availability of our vehicle fleet and resources while adhering to the branch's budget Ensure the branch team delivers outstanding service and adheres to quality standards Oversee branch staff, inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance Collaborate closely with departments at Head Office to smoothly achieve company goals Requirements: Proven experience in business development/sales, preferably in construction or related service industries Demonstrated success in client relationship management and meeting sales targets Strong financial acumen and experience in budget and P&L management Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills to inspire and guide the team towards excellence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Tertiary qualifications in sales, commerce, business, or related fields Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly for client meetings Competitive salary package above market value Performance-based incentives Company car, fuel card, and phone Long-term stability with a collaborative team #J-18808-Ljbffr
