What You’ll Be Doing: - Leading the day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and customers get the best experience. - Supporting and mentoring a talented team, fostering a positive, fun, and collaborative work environment. - Helping the Branch Manager drive performance, hitting key goals around customer satisfaction, operational targets, and profitability. - Handling customer escalations and resolving issues quickly, with a solutions-focused approach. - Working to make sure we stay on top of company policies and regulations. - Contributing to innovative strategies that drive the branch’s growth. - Managing inventory, budgets, and resources effectively.
