This role works with the Head of Marketing to develop and deliver the ANZ annual marketing plan and drive the end-to-end execution of the plan. Your role will be responsible for: Supporting the Head of Marketing & Marketing Manager to execute our strategic plan and annual activitiesLeading the social media & content strategy and executionSupporting franchisees with their local area marketing initiatives both from a strategic planning and execution perspectiveHands on ownership of creative ideation, copywriting and production of marketing communications across multiple channels including ATL, social, digital, web, print and internal comms.Overseeing the output of the graphic designer to ensure campaigns and content produced are on brief and on brandSupporting the Head of marketing and media agency with overseeing implementation of paid performance, SEO & CRO Overseeing execution of marketing components of internal conferences and industry events including stands.Overseeing the implementation of our quarterly franchisee pool awardsManaging budget tracking, invoicing & reconciliation of accountsOverseeing the development of the monthly BAU report as well as ad hoc post implementation reviewsDeveloping content for presentations to support Head of Marketing (Country reviews, poolside chats etc.)Managing WIP, internal meeting minutes, actions and general adhoc requirements Owning the marketing calendar and its timely execution Our Ideal Candidate: 3+ years Marketing experience requiredStrong social/ content experiencePerformance/ digital media experienceHighly developed ability to work autonomously and problem solveExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsStrong creative development & copy writing abilityHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong creative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines and juggle competing prioritiesIntermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Experience working in franchise highly regarded In Return You Can Expect The opportunity to make your own mark on the business.The support of our Head of Marketing for you to bring new ideas to the table and try new initiatives.
