PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Manage assigned sales projects and customer RFQ requests for MRO projects. Manage assigned customer accounts and relationships as they relate to ECM / BTA. Manage and support key vendor / supplier relationships as required. Project manage the bid process for customer RFQs, drawing in required personnel to support and working alongside the maintenance, logistics, and finance teams to prepare SoW, schedule, customer expectations, cost sheets, and RFQ / Tender response documentation through to project award / negotiations. Project manage oversight on MRO projects to include: Coordinating induction and handover to maintenance team. Customer liaison to include project reporting and scheduled meetings. Timeline schedule, cost, and scope oversight support to the maintenance team. Work scope change discussions with project lead and customer. Oversight of progress billing and final invoicing. Manage any post-project warranty or maintenance error discussions. Solicit new business with new and existing customers for ECM / BTA market offerings. Solicit post-delivery feedback both externally and internally on projects, product quality, project execution and provide to management, QM and team as required. Monitor and analyse key customers alongside BD team. Participate in sales, marketing and event projects and conferences. Visit assigned customers as agreed and scheduled for new and existing business meetings or regular scheduled visitations. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Experience in preparation of estimates for modification programs on Rotary Wing aircraft. Experience in customer interface and management. Project management skills. Experience working in an aircraft maintenance facility, preferably an MRO and/or CRO. Great networking skills. Understanding of Aviation regulatory requirements and standards for aircraft maintenance. Computer literate in ERP Systems, Salesforce, and Microsoft suite. Strong written and communication skills. Previous experience in an organisation within a similar scope and size to BTA is preferred. Business degree in Sales and Marketing/Business Administration or relevant discipline.
