Job Overview: As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating travel arrangements for our clients. You will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, booking services, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage travel itineraries for corporate clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services. Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and company policies. Utilise travel booking systems and tools to secure the best rates and options. Handle travel-related inquiries and issues, providing prompt resolutions to ensure a seamless experience. Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel suppliers. Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive service delivery. Qualifications: Previous experience in corporate travel consultingis required for this position. Proficiency in travel booking systems required (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of travel industry regulations and compliance. A passion for travel and customer service.
