About the Role:
Based in our state-of-the-art facility and working within a team of Multidisciplinary Allied Health Professionals, we are looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist who would be managing a varied caseload including treating Musculoskeletal conditions and the rehabilitation of clients living with a disability.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing a caseload, undertaking assessment, diagnosis and the evidence-based management of clients, using a range of tools and equipment.
2. Providing care to this clinically stimulating caseload includes clients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, pre/post operative orthopaedics rehabilitation, and the rehabilitation of clients with neurological or physical disabilities.
3. Providing client centered clinical care with a view to maximising functional capacity, achieving goals, optimising client health, function and independence in the long term.
4. Maintain administrative duties, including relevant documentation and reporting associated with optimal client care.
5. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within an incredible team of Allied Health Professionals including fellow Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Dieticians and Podiatrists.

About You
1. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed billable hour/KPI expectation (not relevant for new grads)
2. Proven ability maintain clinical standards and positive patient outcomes
3. Ability to develop & implement new strategies and prioritise workloads
4. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Positive disposition, empathy and patient manner
6. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy
7. Current registration with AHPRA
8. Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
9. Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
10. Current Working with Children or willingness to apply for one
11. NDIS Worker Check
12. Satisfactory Police Check
