ICT graduate roles As an ICT graduate at the ABS, you may will be placed in one of the below job roles: Software Engineering Infrastructure and Platform Engineering Cyber Security Analyst Eligibility criteria Candidates should have formal qualifications or majors in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines with a strong Information technology component. In addition, to be eligible for the 2026 ABS ICT Graduate Program, you must: be an Australian citizen at the time of application have completed at least an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification (a Bachelor's degree), or higher by 31 December 2025 have completed your most recent eligible qualification between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2025 be able to obtain and maintain a valid Australian Government security clearance, if required be willing to undergo any police, character, health or other checks as required.
