A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Finance Coordinator who is looking to work in a dynamic role. Reporting to our Finance Controller, this is a great opportunity to join an ASX listed eCommerce industry leader and support key financial tasks which influence the overall Company outcomes. This role will see you support processes and operations within our Finance Team, through integral administrative responsibilities.Please note, this is a 12 month contract position. This position is able to be Full Time or Part Time, 4 days per week.If you are looking to diversify into eCommerce or gain meaningful experience working within an iconic, ASX listed business, we would love to hear from you!In this role you'll be responsible for:Preparing banking and general ledger reconciliationsProcessing invoice details into SAP for paymentWorking collaboratively with the broader Finance team and internal stakeholders to achieve business outcomesProactively looking for new and better ways of working to ensure efficiencyResponding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting dataTaking initiative in problem-solving and in exercising judgement when processing and reviewing dataInvestigating anomalies in accounts and record adjustments where requiredOperating in both FX and domestic currenciesAssisting leaders within the business with administration duties and tasks as requiredTo be successful in this role, you should be:University Degree qualified, or partially completed, in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business or similar)Demonstrated work or study experience working within Finance / Accounting, preferably in a Retail / eCommerce / FMCG environment. Experience within an ASX listed business will be highly regardedComfortable building and maintaining effective relationships, through exceptional communication and engagementAn exceptional problem solver, using your strong attention to detail to maintain data entry and reconciliation accuracyComfortable working with a number of different systems, with the ability to perform administrative duties with exceptional attention to detail and efficiencyExperience with SAP will be highly regardedComfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
