About the roleAs our Receptionist / Admin Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Your duties will include:
Greeting and assisting visitors with professionalism and careManaging phone calls, emails, and general inquiriesHandling mail, courier deliveries, and petty cashSupporting administrative tasks and data entryEnsuring smooth day-to-day reception operationsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in reception or administration (3+ years preferred)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
A caring and professional attitude
Ability to multitask and work independently
Current National Police Check & NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
