What you'll be doing The Product and Application Technician will be trained by our team of experts in many areas of the business to be able to continuously support our day-to-day operations. The focus will be on Technical Textiles used in Solid/Gas and Liquid/Gas filtration including participation in Research and Development of new products, support and troubleshooting of equipment, product design and selection and management of solutions from the moment of inception to trials and full implementation of the filtration solutions, tracking KPI's and process parameters ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be trained by and work closely with our Engineer in Australia and our global network of technical staff, engineers and Global Technical Applications Manager.
Assist the Engineering team with technical research, data analysis, and problem-solving Support the design, development, and testing of new filtration products and technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Maintain accurate records and documentation related to engineering projects Provide technical support and guidance to customers as needed Participate in continuous learning and professional development opportunities What we're looking for Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, science, or a related technical field (Chemical Engineering; Process Engineering and related areas are desirable) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in the use of technical software and tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Passion for innovation, pro-active and energetic What we offer At MICRONICS ENGINEERED FILTRATION GROUP, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
