We are seeking professional, passionate, and enthusiastic FEMALE Support Mentors to join our fantastic team in supporting a Female Client in the Outer Southern Suburbs of Perth (Rockingham and surrounds). Your role is to support our client living with a disability to go about their daily lives the way they want, by giving them support they need, when they need it. Our client is 2:1, has diverse, complex needs, which includes full care for all day-to-day activities (including but not limited to personal care, food preparations, domestic assistance and community access) and requires high levels of reliability and resilience from the team.
