We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in the Darwin office! In this role, you will provide end-to-end bookkeeping services to our clients' businesses - enabling them to thrive.

About the role
This Bookkeeping role emphasises teamwork and collaboration to support a diverse range of clients. It is both a challenging and rewarding position, providing the opportunity to manage transactions in XERO and MYOB, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure compliance.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Managing accounts receivable/payable
* Preparation of Profit and Loss statements
* Preparation of Balance Sheets
* Conducting end-to-end payroll processing and reconciliations, including superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover
* Preparing BAS/IAS statements for review and lodgment
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience working in a similar role, including bookkeeping, financial administration, or of a finance officer. Ideally, you will have the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, experience using accounting software (XERO & MYOB), and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Additionally, you will have strong attention to detail and organisational skills, enabling you to deliver work accurately and on time. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build positive relationships with others.
