Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and food costing Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a high level of performance and morale Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering to minimize waste and maximize freshness Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen according to health regulations Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction Participate in the creation of seasonal menus and special event planning Execute cooking techniques and recipes with precision and creativity Please submit your Resume & Cover Letter detailing your relevant experience as to why you fit the role.
