With a focus on integrity and community, this organisation is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive and grow.Position SummaryThis position supports the Group Financial Controller and the Executive Leadership Team in relation to overseeing the financial operations and financial planning of the businesses within the consolidated group.They will ensure the company has effective financial management, information, oversight and controls including compliance with financial regulations and covenants. This is in the context of a growth agenda whereby the Group continues to develop, evolve and grow through a mix of organic and inorganic investment.The Consolidation Financial Manager will be responsible for the consolidation of financial data across multiple entities within the organisation. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial reports, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and supporting strategic decision-making processes. It will have a particular focus on the international operations, and you'll become the conduit for those companies and the SA Head Office.Key Responsibilities Consolidate group reportingProduction of monthly management & financial reports for the Executive Leadership Team and the BoardPreparation of timely and accurate financial statements and annual reportsPreparation of the Group budgets, financial forecasts and report variancesEnsuring compliance with statutory law, taxation, and financial regulationsDriving continuous improvement initiativesCandidate Profile You'll be CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)Comprehensive experience working in a large business or group of companies.Experience managing the consolidation processExcellent reporting and analytical skillsThe ability to analyse current process and suggest appropriate toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAdditional benefitsYou'll have the opportunity to add real value, learn from inspirational leaders and have some autonomy and ownership over your role and function.
