Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.
NHW is seeking applications from experienced physiotherapists who are committed to the provision of excellent, patient-centred care. The role will be based on our Sub-Acute ward (Thomas Hogan Centre), which provides holistic and coordinated rehabilitation services to Rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management patients.
The successful applicant will possess strong skills in clinical rehabilitation, complex discharge planning, and collaborative practice. They will have the opportunity to further develop their clinical leadership and supervision skills as they support rotating Grade 1 Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants and contribute to service portfolios.
